Very prompt and good support even after working hours or over weekend. Worked extra hard to complete the project on time. Lin and her team are great. They take extra effort to ensure the job is done on time and complete to our satisfaction.

Service very prompt. Answer all my queries immediately, even right now, few months after handover.

Albedo is really responsive and provides us with expert advice on what we require. She asked my living habit and personal style in our first meeting. We want to create a low-maintenance and easy-to-clean home. During the discussion, the designer let me know the pros and cons of each design come to my mind. For instance, an open-plan kitchen is my wife’s dream but it is difficult to maintain. So, designer suggest us renovate a semi-open kitchen. My wife loves the kitchen so much! And me

They have a good sense and would immediately correct whatever we brought up or pointed out (errors/defaults).

Always accommodating our schedule and keeping us up to date on the status! I would strongly advise other purchasers to purchase this item. He would also provide us with a timeline so that we could better organize our purchase and delivery. Thank you very much!

This is our first house renovation, so we are put many efforts to our house. We spoke with around 15 ID firms and shortlisted 5 ID firms. We choose Albedo Design because they provide free on-site view, and provide ideation and sketch on my layout before we signed with them.

My designer was able to grasp the concept/theme we wanted for our first house. He was very open with us about his views on our ideas and provided us with a variety of options to consider during the process. We are satisfied with our first home, all thanks to Albedo Team!

Choosing an ID is really a hard time. However being introduced by Friend on Albedo, I can rest assured to put them on site to resolve all my concerns. Being Responsive, Reliable, Reasonable Price and Reputable Company, my renovations was done up within the time frame as per promised. Everything is good!

We engaged Albedo Design recent renovation of our HDB 5 Rooms. Due to the design was outdated and older, we decide to redesign our home.  We felt some existing furniture still in good condition. We spoke with a few designers from few ID forms and let them know our budget. Finally, we choose Albedo Design because they were supportive and helpful to recommend the good renovation ideas for us to remain some existing reno.

After we move in, Albedo Design was responsive to revamp any defect we found that needed to improve without any additional cost.

They help us to save 10k renovation cost. With this cost, the quality and workmanship are above my expectation!  I would like to recommend this ID firm to everyone.

I know Albedo Design through refer by my friend. When I visit to my friend house, I saw the quality and workmanship of their house. So that I ask for the contact number of ID firm reno their house.

We are first home buyer; we have no idea how to start our renovation. Also, we had tight timeline to reno our home, around 2-3months. Luckily, we met Albedo Design! After we told them we are rushing to reno our house because my wife was pregnant, we are welcoming the birth of our baby after 3 months.

Our designer-Evelyn guaranteed us will complete the renovation in 3 months. After sign the contract, she provided the 3D drawing within 3 days. We confirmed the design in one week. Due to my wife was pregnant., we can’t visit to the site frequently. She kept a tight visit on site and updating us every step of way with videos, photos and message.

Our renovation finished in 2 months and 2 weeks. Thank you for let our renovation journey so smooth and let my wife have a wonderful puerperal month. We highly recommend Albedo Design to all new homeowners.

They had provided their professional suggestion to us and always open in discussion to resolve our problem. This is our first home, we always change our ideas and design, but designer answered my question one by one without any impatience.

Our very first house renovation took more than 5 months due to Covid-19 💔..Finally moved in a month ago and we are really enjoying every single moment here. There are hundreds of nice houses out there, but for me, this would be the most precious one as we put so much effort and love (to save money).😚

Due to Circuit break, our renovation has been forces to suspend. Albedo Team managed the all the issues during the period and kept to updated on the reno progress. We heard a lot of stories regarding ID company have collapsed during circuit break period. We feel incredibility lucky to have Albedo Design on our renovation journey. Highly recommended Albedo Design if you look for trustworthy ID.

Our designer was very responsible. He understood our needs and actual execution despite COVID constraints. They supposed to complete the renovation on April but stuck in COVID. Final handover date on August. Albedo is not the cheapest one in the market because I had met 3-4 IDs before but I felt IDs Albedo Design are honest and helpful. Once we signed the package with them, they are completed all the things they promise before. Thank you, Albedo Design Team.

Before engaging IDs, we had heard many horrible stories from our friends on the 3d drawing different with final work or how prices changed after sign package. So that we met up to 7 IDs. We spoke with 6-7 ID firm. We choose Albedo Design because their interior designers listen every little details. She keeps our renovation cost within our budget while the end result was what we want. I’m not saying that actual picture is 100% same with 3D drawing but almost 90%.

We will strongly recommend Albedo to home owner want to do renovation, professional, good workmanship and friendly!
